Unlike many companies, we don't pass on return costs to other customers. This allows us to give you the lowest prices on liftchairs every time you call us. We hope that you'll understand our goal and that our return policy is fairly strict because of it. In any case, Lift Chairs 4 Less wants to sell you the right liftchair recliner every time, so you won't have to make any returns. The only customers we want getting another lift chair recliner are our repeat customers!

Inspection

You have 10 days from receipt of your liftchair to inspect it for damage or defects. If you find any damage or defects, your lift chair will be repaired or replaced at NO COST to you. Decisions on repair or replacement are left up to the manufacturer.

Returns

Any returns made for reasons other than damage or defects are subject to the following rules:

• Returns cannot be made on lift chair recliners that have been upgraded with optional fabrics (fabrics that are added at an extra cost), on liftchairs with options such as heat & massage added, or on leather lift chairs of any type.
• Returns will be assessed a 15% restocking fee and a outbound freight charges.
• The customer is responsible for repackaging and shipping the chair back. If you do not have the box, one can be purchased for the cost of the box plus shipping.
• In-home setup fees are non-refundable, unless the wrong chair was set up in your home.
• All returns must arrive in "like new" condition.

How To Make A Return

Please call us before making a return. We will send you a return authorization form that you need to sign and return to us by fax or email. Next, we will send you a return authorization number and further instructions on making the return.

Non-Returnable Items

• Bath Lifts are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
• Shiatsu Massage Chairs are non-returnable.
• Toilet Seat Lifts are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
• Walk-In Bathtubs are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

Cancellations

Cancellations cannot be made once the lift chair recliner has gone into production. For in-stock liftchairs, cancellations can be made subject to a 15% restocking fee and outbound freight charges.

Your use of this site shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the state of North Carolina, U.S.A., without regard to choice of law provisions, and not by the 1980 U.N. Convention on contracts for the international sale of goods. You agree that jurisdiction over and venue in any legal proceeding directly or indirectly arising out of or relating to this site (including but not limited to the purchase of products) shall be in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina. Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the site (including but not limited to the purchase of products) must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises. Failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these terms and conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any of these terms and conditions. Lift Chairs 4 Less may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you.
